A new full size floor standing professional potters wheel ergonomically designed for long sessions without fatigue. Incorporating the latest high performance fan cooled 1hp constant torque advanced electric motor. Centring 100lbs of clay with ease and featuring the well proven electronic management system already used to provide full torque at all speeds in the existing range of Discus wheels. Fully adjustable twist-lock powder coated tubular steel legs each calibrated to give individual variable height adjustment over 300mm and fitted with non-slip moulded feet. The flush fitting bowl incorporates a flexible drain and the heavy duty cast aluminium wheel head is ready fitted with the Discus 305mm bat retaining system. The wheel is available in two versions; the ‘Studio 1000’ with 1hp motor centring 100lbs (45kgs) clay, the ‘Studio 500’ with 1/2hp motor centring 60lbs (27kgs) clay.
